THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO THE UNITED STATES DOMESTIC MARKET
All EFITMENT products are guaranteed to the original purchaser subject to the terms and conditions as stated in this Limited Warranty. This warranty is limited to the non-commercial use of EFITMENT products purchased in the United States. EFITMENT warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use.

This warranty is non-transferable between purchasers and owners of the product. Effective date of warranty based on date of purchase, and any warranty claim MUST include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized distributor/reseller. The product must be purchased in brand new condition and not be used or refurbished in any way shape or form. Any commercial and/or industrial use of EFITMENT products including but not limited to commercial gyms, shared facilities (apartments, condos, and residential associations) and similar environments will automatically VOID the warranty. EFITMENT is not responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper assembly, misuse or the failure to properly assemble the product. Proper care and maintenance for all products is standard, like any other product to ensure proper functionality and a long lasting product.
For service & help after the warranty period has expired, we do have replacement parts available for purchase. Please contact us for a quote on prices here. We do encourage the customer to contact local fitness equipment repair shops or repairmen for assistance in troubleshooting assessment, repairs of their item if they feel inadequate to make the repair themselves or are uncertain how to do the repair.
Local Repair/Installation Services are not covered by EFITMENT and are covered by/at the customers responsibility.
EXCLUSIONS – NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
This warranty will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product. (In some instances States do not allow for such limitations, so this may not apply to all owners).
EFITMENT may, at its discretion, provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or repair or replace the products returned to EFITMENT. If product is no longer available or discontinued EFITMENT may, at its discretion, replace with a similar item. Any replacement unit or replacement part whether new or refurbished will have a continued warranty from the original date of purchase only. EFITMENT has the full rights to inspect any EFITMENT products reported as defective prior to repair or replacement. Any repair or replacement EXCLUDES shipping, labor, assembly or re-assembly and any other consequential or special costs or damages associated with return, replacement and assembly of your product.
The following are not are covered under the limited warranty:
- Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow instructions manual
- Normal wear & tear on items/parts such as, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs, scratched parts, broken covers, paint & finish, and any & all other cosmetic damages
- Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear resulting from normal usage
- Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in anyway, misused, abused, is subject to accident, or is improperly maintained
- Repair for any noises such as, but not limited to: squeaks, clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance
EFITMENT reserves the rights to modify the warranty at any time, it being understood that any such modifications will not supersede warranty conditions that are applicable at the time of the original sale of products in question.

TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NONETHELESS EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
