An 8 position magnetic resistance knob can vary your workout tension from subtle to extreme.

I like this concept. Workout…and work. The tabletop is pretty wide and easily fit my Dell 14″ laptop. It was sturdy and the inside had some spots that were textured so the laptop wouldn’t slip around at all. Don’t get me wrong, I like “trying” to workout while I work, but I find its hard to get work done when your sweating, exhausted and peddling. Plus trying to type while peddling is a bit of a task. Maybe I just need to get more into shape and this will all flow seamlessly.
Another cool thing is, theres a slot at the computer monitor to prop up your iPad, so you can watch movies. I then used the table as a food tray with snacks. Watched movies, ate snacks, and worked out all at the same time. Good times indeed. 🙂

Item arrived in a quick 4 days. I opened it up to see that the assembly was actually really really simple. My wife loves it, and I find myself from time to time monkeying around on it too.

This thing is awesome! Love it!
It fits my laptop perfectly with room to spare. The little drink holder I wish was a bit wider to fit my shaker cup, but its fine for normal bottles of water. What a world we live in….where we can cycle AND do work. Get with it America! Everyone should be doing this!
